Raw Spinach Soup

This is my favorite summer soup garnished with sprouts. I love spinach. It is one of the most nutrient-dense foods in existence.  Not to mention, it is low in calories and high in vitamins.

Ingredients:

4 cups of packed organic spinach
3 cups of homemade raw almond milk
2 cloves of organic garlic
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1/8 teaspoon of white or black pepper
¼ cup of red onion
1 ripe avocado

Blend until creamy smooth and enjoy!

Optional: Garnish with sprouts
