Raw Pumpkin Rolls With Orange Icing


3 cups of pumpkin

1 cup of ground flax seeds

2 cups of almond meal

¼ cup coconut nectar

½ tsp of sea salt

1 tsp of organic vanilla extract

2 tbsp of organic cinnamon


Rolls Preparation:

Grind pumpkin fine in a high-powered blender. Put into a bowl and add other ingredients. Mix well and let set for 30 minutes. Form into rolls and put in dehydrator for 8 hours.



1 cup of soaked cashews (2-3 hours)

¼ cup of organic orange juice

Juice from one lemon

1 tsp of organic vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

½ cup of organic coconut oil

½ cup of your favorite sweetener

Icing Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. It should set up to a thick spreadable form. Place the icing over the pumpkin rolls immediately after the 8 hours of dehydration and enjoy them warm!
