Power Packed Raw Granola Bars

Dry ingredients:
1 cup of organic rolled oats
1 cup of organic fast cooking oats
½ cup of organic raw coconut
½ cup of organic raisins
½ cup of your favorite fruits chopped fine
¼ cup of flaxseeds
¼ cup of chia seeds
¼ cup of pumpkin seeds or/and sesame seeds

Wet ingredients:
¼ cup of Braggs’s apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup of liquid organic coconut oil
½ cup of organic grade B maple syrup

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl first then add the 3 wet ingredients. Mix with a spatula until well mixed. You can spread on Teflon sheet with the holes and cut them into bars or you can make the bars the size you want and place them each on the Teflon sheet. Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 8 hours then flip over for another 3-4 hours. They may need to dehydrate longer depending how you like your bars.

Tip: To soften hard coconut oil, let it sit out overnight. The soft coconut oil can be placed in dehydrator to melt. You can also add ½ cup of organic cranberries or another favorite berry for more chewiness. Create whatever you like!
