Strawberry Almond Mylk

Almond Mylk Preparation:
2 cups of organic raw almond (soaked overnight)
7 cups of spring or filtered water
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
Soaking the almond removes the enzymes inhibitors.
Rinse and drain. Blend all ingredients on high in a powerful blender such as the Vitamix for one minute. Strain through a nut mylk bag in a deep bowl to collect the mylk. Ring out any extra liquid using your hands.

Strawberry Almond Mylk Preparation – Recipe serves 2
1 and 1/2 cups of fresh almond mylk
1 cup of organic strawberries
2 tsp of raw honey (optional)
3 drops of stevia (optional)
Add strawberries and sweetener to the almond mylk in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Tip: You can choose any sweetener to play around with the recipe. around with other sweeteners. You can also easily turn this recipe into a smoothie by adding a couple of frozen bananas.
