Tomato Mango Salsa Recipe

Easy Mango and Tomato Salsa

Mangoes are one of my favorite fruits. It improves digestion and promotes regularity. They contain generous amounts of Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Mangoes are known as “the king of fruits” that offer so many awesome health benefits.


1-2 cups of chopped organic tomatoes
1 medium sized mango seeded and chopped
¼ cup of a red onion chopped
½ cup of organic cilantro chopped
¾-1 teaspoon of sea salt or to taste
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 chopped avocado (optional)

For spiciness add:
1 teaspoon of cumin (optional)
¾ teaspoon of coriander (optional)


Mix all ingredients well in a medium size bowl. To blend flavors, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving! Enjoy!
