Mango Sorbet 2

My all-time favorite sorbet is MANGO

Mangoes are the perfect snack to eat daily. Its antioxidant properties protect the body against many cancers. They contain lots of vitamins and nutrients that help the body feel fuller. If you are dealing with anemia, mangoes are a great source of iron. They also help in promoting good eye sight, fights dry eyes and also prevent night blindness. This amazing fruit has become a staple in my diet!

MANGO SORBET (EASY RECIPE)
 Ingredients:
2 large ripe mangoes
2 tablespoons of raw organic honey or your favorite sweetener
½ organic lemon, juiced

Instructions:
Put all ingredients in your Vitamix blender and blend on the low variable setting until smooth. Store the mixture in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Serves 2

Tip: Change the fruit to make different kinds of sorbet
